This picture of the Ethiopia Cabin Crew was taken in the early 1970s. The excellent service and hospitality provided since then has made the airline the recipient of numerous awards in the Aviation industry. Ethiopian Airlines has always been a pride for Africa since the time of its Establishment on 21 December 1945. International Air Transport Association (IATA) ranked Ethiopian, a member of Star Alliance, 18th of the best 50 most profitable airlines in the world in 2013. In the same year the Airlines announced that it has earned over 46.5 billion Birr revenue between July 2013 and June 2014.
